About Me
Personally, I believe that emotional intelligence is what makes us most human. I am prepared to devote my life to help people experience what it means to be human through acting. I owe my love for acting to my secondary school musical shows when I realised that performing was as much for the enjoyment of the performer as it was for the audience. I am applying for acting to satisfy a creative fire that burns within me. It excites me to think that there are likeminded individuals on a parallel destiny who covet the same success as myself. Through collaboration I hope to be able to make something remarkable and sew some new ideologies for the future generation of actors.

I believe the most valuable resource known to man is time, which is why I ensure I have used it carefully. A lot of my time has been spent on film sets and in rehearsal rooms and recording studios, learning the importance of malleability as I want to be more employable and easier to work with. I currently spend my days on a triple threat course building my acting, music and dance skills. Previously I have been in films both as a supporting artist and as named roles which have provided me valuable insight into film development and the importance of truthfulness in performance.

One film I've appeared in 'The Fence' has gained national success and recognition. It provided me with important knowledge regarding how to perform authentically for camera.

I take great pride in the fact I took it into my own hands to learn the piano and music theory during the pandemic, which I believe is a great example of my devotion to the industry, as well as my work ethic. Writing my first Spotify album I learned indispensable skills such as the technological knowledge to navigate Logic and how to score music efficiently using Sibelius. These are crucial mediums used for film production intertwining my musical ability with my acting.

I sing a lot in ensembles and musicals through my musical theatre college. I decided to enrol on the extended diploma because I knew the importance of fundamentally understanding how to be a triple threat performer to heighten my chances of success in the film industry. I have a strong vocal background and enjoy covering songs myself. In ensemble singing I've learned a lot about good musicianship and collaborating as a group to achieve a common goal. In addition, I have learned the importance of minor details and the beauty of moving with an ensemble. I have had several performance opportunities which has given me the performance skills, discipline and understanding I need for the next step of my training. I also attend regular acting through song classes which provide me with a strong understanding of how to tell a story through song effectively.

I work tirelessly and endlessly towards my goals and stop at nothing until they are exceeded. I hope to use my performance skills to ensure the audience leaves feeling positive and to make a sustainable living while doing so.
